“My car had needed 3 jumps in the same week, and I couldn't figure out why it kept dying. I saw the good reviews for this shop, and gave them a call. I was told to bring my car in an hour and they would look at the battery. They were able to take a look right away- a quick check on the battery and the alternator didn't reveal any problems. Then they realized the back light was switched permanently to "on" which was draining my battery when it was parked. I have only been driving during the day, so I never noticed the back light was on. The problem was solved, and they didn't even charge me for the visit. I'll plan on bringing my car here the next time it needs work.”
