“Fantastic experience with Jim. He was prompt, informative, very responsive and helpful when we lost large amounts of shingles in the NorEaster this year. He had a guy out to patch it very tightly (not just a tarp, mind you - a very tight patch) the next day. The patch held with no leaking until the weather was warm enough to reroof. His team did the entire job quickly, even replacing some outdated skylights and everything looks absolutely fantastic. Next two days poured rain - I figured there would be a drip somewhere, everyone misses something, right? Nope. Not a single leak!
