Bruin Corp came recommended to us when we talked about replacing windows and they did not disappoint. I was impressed from the initial meeting about what I wanted done to the install. Every single person I interacted with was professional and personable. The install went smoothly and the workers were prompt and when they were done everything was cleaned up like they were never here. I couldn't be happier with our new windows and can't wait to replace the rest.
I used Bruin through the Mass Saves program. The Bruin team was here on time, explained what they would be working on that day. They set up drop cloths and started working right away. They were very friendly and clean. After they left, you couldn't tell they were crawling around in blown-in insulation all day.
Roberto and crew were awesome!
We had an excellent experience buying replacement windows with Bruin from start to finish. Mike , the salesperson, was low-key and very informative, and he helped us choose the brand and type of windows best suited to our needs, and he made some great suggestions on replacements for some large picture windows and a couple of odd-sized windows which we have endured and hated for years. We had spoken with two other replacement window companies, but we felt the Harvey Windows we selected were the right choice, and we were happy to support a local company (we're in Framingham).
The windows were ready ahead of schedule while we were out of town, but Bruin was flexible and scheduled us before we got into the heart of Winter. Doug and his installation crew got the windows installed in one day and did a good job cleaning up. Doug did have to come back alone the next day to replace some indoor wood trim around the picture windows, but the final result was worth it,
The Harvey windows look great, and we are already noticing how much warmer our house feels with the new windows, especially in our family room--a converted garage--where we have the two big picture windows. There was one sash on a double-hung unit on which the glass had a stress crack. Doug immediately identified it and ordered a replacement which will be here in two weeks. He placed the cracked sash on a window in the backyard so it's not noticeable from the street while we wait..
I would definitely recommend Bruin if you are in the MetroWest area. The Harvey windows are good quality and reasonably priced, although Bruin does have other brands. We were very happy, and now we are asking them to price a replacement door.
We worked with Bruin Corp to have insulation installed after an energy assessment through the Mass Save program. The office communicated well about the schedule and later about a change order. The installers came when they said they would. The installer ran into a problem on the first visit which stopped the work. (they needed something from us.). Although it took a few weeks to schedule a return visit to complete the work, we were very pleased with the work. The installers were knowledgeable, respected our property and patiently answered all of our questions. A final inspection by the Mass Save program confirmed our view that the quality of the work performed was very good.
I give Bruin 5 stars. They are a great company. The team was really great to work with. Very accommodating, what ever we asked them to do they did it. I had my house sided and it looks awesome. I absolutely love it. I would definitely recommend Bruin Corp
