“We had a great experience with M&M moving. Marcin is always helpful and courteous on the phone, willing to change my move date as well as offering us a slight discount with 2 jobs. We used them for a small moving job (relocation some furniture into basement) plus our main move. The in-home estimate was accurate. On the day of the move, the team showed up on time, very efficient and professional. All the movers are also super polite. We moved from a 3-story condo to a 3-story house, and even towards the end of the day, the movers are still as polite and efficient as before. We have used several moving companies before but M&M is hands-down the best, making the stressful moving process as stress-free as possible. I would not hesitate to use them again and also recommend it to friends and family.”

“I booked a unit online and was contacted by an employee exactly within the time frame. James called I made an appointment at my convenience he was more than accommodating. I arrived and James was ready. He answered all my questions showed me my unit. Initiated all the paperwork explaining everything. Repeating answers I needed repeated. I asked about a lock and some questions on the accessories sold in their office. He said if you purchase anything today you receive 15% off. I said great. Purchased a few things one being the lock. Not only did James help with the sale. He walked me back to the storage unit showed me how the locked works and locked my storage unit up. I feel very comfortable with this storage facility and I am thrilled with the service I received and I know it will continue while I’m a customer.”
