(January 26, 2021, 12:29 pm)The facility is brand new and incredibly nice! We especially liked that we could drive right up to our units, making packing and unpacking seamless. Wiley the manager of the facility was very helpful and made it an easy transition. I would recommend this place to everyone!

I feel safe having my things at this facility and I’m grateful that if I have any issues or questions ever in the future that they will be handled correctly with Wiley as a manager here. I highly recommend this storage facility!!

(October 12, 2020, 5:18 pm)Walked in to the new facility and was met by the manager, Wiley Settle who was friendly and knowledgeable. Wiley gave me a tour of the facility and was very attentive to my needs. Wiley took the time and searched surrounding facilities to help me find a space that fit my needs and budget. Wiley was the reason why I choose the Cook Street facility.
