(September 9, 2022, 9:58 pm)I don't leave reviews. When a place exceeds my expectations, I always say to myself that I will, but then I forget. There is something about the kindness of the people who work here that has become rare. It might have just been my interactions with them, but I am a visible minority, so unlikely. Anyhow, come here and buy your books and read or study. It's a homey environment, and they'll hopefully make all students who are studying at the cafe and feel overwhelmed a little better by moving the table, so it meets the plug and little things like that.

Great customer service, wonderful staff, many of whom I'm now friends with, and an absolutely massive variety of books to choose from. They also have a great Starbucks. Try their sandwiches, and in winter have some hot chocolate. If you have kids, they have a huge children's book section, with everything from fantasy and science fiction, to picture books and history books. Maybe you're looking for the perfect cook book? They have everything from vegan to meat lover's books. They also offer a wide selection of journals and greeting cards, as well as toys for the youngsters. You couldn't ask for much more from a truly great book store. Thanks for all the years of fun, Barnes and Noble Burlington!

(August 29, 2022, 7:27 pm)This is a very spacious bookstore spread over two floors. Fiction and mystery are available on the first floor and there is also a small media section. There is a substantial children's section upstairs together with non fiction. There is a cafe located downstairs with ample parking available at the front of the store.
(August 13, 2022, 12:17 pm)I always have a great experience at this store! Today the incredibly helpful cashier Carrie D helped us find an item in the back of the store, she went above and beyond giving info about the membership and how it would benefit our purchase today. Thank you!
(August 11, 2022, 12:31 am)We are from Northern Virginia. My daughter saw the store and wanted to visit. Glad we did. My teenagers loved it. I enjoyed. Even my parents. Stay there for 2 hours. Huge store with wonderful collections. Never see this big Barnes and Nobles in our area. Very helpful staff. Thank you.
