“I would like to recognize Rachel associate#14476 for providing above and beyond customer service at the Burlington MA store. My story is this - I was really discouraged as I had gained weight this winter because of staying at home. We were going away to the beach for the weekend and my bathing suit did not fit. After trying Macys and not hopeful I thought about Everything but Water. I had never been in the store before and was not hopeful in finding a suit when Rachel asked if she could help. At first I said I was just browsing and then she came around a second time and said are you sure I can’t help you find a new bathing suit? Well I thought I’d give it a try and after several suits she help me find the one! Super comfortable, very flattering and for this I enjoyed myself at the beach that weekend. I was in retail for 10 years it is very difficult, you must be a people person and love what you do - it is obvious that Rachel is one of those people! Because of her they have a new loyal customer?
