My wife and I stayed for three weeks arriving to Boston, and it was perfect in many senses: great attitude and service of the people, they were helpful and amicable the whole time (thank you all!), Location is very good with a nice grocery store a few blocks away and the mall with many good restaurant options and even a movie theater, relatively well connected with bus and highway. Most things at a walkable distance.
Rooms are good enough, if any they lack an iron, and it is not clear enough that guest should ask for kitchen and dinning utensils. However, once that clear, our stay was great.

Rooms newly renovated and staff has been so amazing. Huge shout out to Evan for helping us out after a fiasco of a last-minute cancel on our verbo. Rooms are clean, spacious, and would definitely recommend.

Nice place for the cost. Each room has a kitchenette with a full refigerator, microw wave, and stove top. Pots, pans, dining ware available on request. Not sure about what we are now calling the Boston shower. See pic. But had good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Overnight there was very little or no noise.
