(June 9, 2017, 10:46 am)I've been practicing at Bikram Yoga Burlington for three years. When I first started, I could barely touch my toes and had stiff and sore joints from years of running. After 3 months of regular yoga practice, the hip soreness that had plagued me for years after long runs disappeared and has not recurred since. I love this yoga because it is a full body workout, improves strength and flexibility, and allows me to continue doing other things I love outside the hot room. The Burlington studio has an excellent staff of teachers, clean facilities, and a great atmosphere. I would recommend anyone to check out the intro special!
(March 31, 2015, 5:49 pm)I've been going to the Burlington studio for six months. Over that time my flexibility, strength
and balance have improved significantly. The staff are the friendliest people and highly skilled yoga instructors. I go to the 90 minute class four times per week and it is making a big difference. In my 50's now so time to get young again!
I would highly recommend anyone to try a few classes. The introductory deals are very inexpensive and you can test the waters. It works for a lot of people.

I just recently got into Bikram yoga, I'm not too into yoga so this was a challenge. I really like Bikram Yoga Burington, and specifically the instructor who teaches every Saturday morning at 9:30. She's the best it's the only class I make sure I come to every week. Everytime I go to another class I'm dissapointed it's not her.
