“At Neville Place, my mother is cared for by a deeply warm and talented team of senior care professionals. This includes the Director, Kristen Haire, Assistant Directors Noah and Miriam, front-office professionals, Gilda, Sable, and Mia who are all hands-on along with the pleasant care staff who is kind to my mother and keeps her engaged with organized, fun, and healthy activities, such as exercise, painting, games, and music. When I first met with, the Managing Director, Emily Nardiello, I immediately felt I was in good hands. Emily is a true professional and seasoned nurse director along with her staff of nurses. She’s attentive and an excellent communicator and listener. My mother’s resident on-boarding process was seamless, and Emily and her administrative staff were instrumental in welcoming my mother while we moved her into the Neville community. Neville Place has many beautiful outdoor spaces for my mother and the other residents to enjoy, such as a patio area, an extensive lush garden with benches, a rooftop sitting area, and a walking path in a tree-lined field. My mother is mobile, but she is dependent on a walker. Her memory loss requires ongoing reassurance and redirection throughout the day, and she is cared for by this amazing team of care professionals. When I visit my mother, she and I can enjoy our time together -- and when I leave the visit, I know that she is well cared for, and I am at ease for her and for me.”

“Lovely shaded walking paths. The community garden was well maintained. Nice afternoon stroll. Warning: look carefully at parking signs. We parked for 30 minutes in an area that looked free but, it was for residents only and we received a parking ticket. Oh well. Lesson learned.”

My grandfather spent the last 6 months of his life as a resident here and we can not speak highly enough of the care. His end of life care was far superior to anything we could have imagined and completely shattered any preconceived notions we had about long term nursing facilities. “The best rock climbing gym around, by far! The friendly, committed, and close, community is reason enough to join this gym. The gym is home to some of the best indoor bouldering you can find on the east coast. The climbs are always interesting, fun, and challenging when you need them to be! The mats surround all the walls with no cracks that lead to sprained ankles, which is a huge plus. The workout gym is well stocked and has anything you could need for cardio, lifting, etc. If you're a seasoned climber or someone who is interested in checking it out, this is the place to go.”

“Recently had one of my kitchen machines break down and got astronomical quotes from "local electricians" who barely looked at the machine from 3 feet away and thought knew it all! From having the motor re-wound to all out replacing it. I was not convinced and decided to take out the motor and have it checked out. Called a few places but they wanted me to drop off the motor and they will "look at it". Finally called City Pump and Motor and spoke with Frank - one of the most friendliest person and empathetic to my troubles. He said - bring it down, either he or his partner Randy, will check it right away and take care of it. Sure enough, when I got there, Randy called over his technician and asked to take a look at the motor. Within a minute, my motor was on the testing table, plugged into the wall and purring away like a fine tuned Ferrari. Nothing wrong with it...I asked Randy what I owed them - he said nothing! Couldn't believe it that these kind of people still exist. Next time the need arises, guess where I am headed to? Right...straight to City Pump and Motor. thanks guys - you saved my day and lots of money too!”

“Amazing moving company in Boston area. We had such a great moving experience with this company a few days ago. It was our second local move with movers in Cambridge and you can’t beat this company! I called several moving companies before the move for estimates and Smart Penny Moving offered the cheapest quote — our final bill stayed the same as the estimate. Movers arrived on time and did great jobs with no complaints. If I need to hire movers again, I’ll certainly be back to them. Highly recommended!”

“Back in 2002 I had a job where I travelled a lot at the last minute and I would get my pay through the mail. On days when my flight was early and I knew I would not be here to get my mail id call the distribution center and they would allow me to pick up my mail early. With proper identification of course. Fast forward to 2018 and I need my mail early but wasn't sure if they still would be able to help me with an issue so early in the morning and so last minute. To my surprise all these years later and still great customer service. Although I do not recommend bothering these hard workers for every little piece of mail, I will say that if all other avenues are exhausted give them a call and no doubt u will get a great response.”

“This Starbucks location can get really packed during peak hours! But then again, what coffee place doesn't in the morning and at lunch? Baristas have all been friendly when I've visited, and have gotten my order correctly and at a decent pace each time. There isn't anything I've experienced that would make me hesitate to come here.
