I've been going to Jim's for years, he's the best barber in the area. He gives a perfect haircut in under five minutes and he's cheap, $10. You don't need an appointment, just walk in. It's in the center of Chelmsford in the Central House building.

Don't be put off by the appearance of the shop, he's been there since 1959 and the place is really worn. But in spite of that you won't be sorry because he gives such a great haircut and he does it so quickly.
