Solid work, good communication and follow through
I really liked the work they did on my car, came back to me as it was brand new from factory, the girl upfront were super polite and helpful, she showed me who to call and what to do (it was my first accident and i didn't know what to do). They kept me updated, they would send me at least 1 txt a week, sometimes 2, and also call me, giving me updates on my vehicle, i never once needed to go after them to see what is going on with my car. They gave me the estimated date to be ready, and it was ready on the date they gave me, i really needed my car ready on the date they gave me ,and it was, i really appreciated that.
Gary and Cliff went above and beyond helping through my recent accident. They went as far as dealing with the insurance company who were dragging their feet throughout the entire process. It was an incredible headache to get anything done with the insurance company but these guys went out of their way to step in and get it done. Without them it probably would have taken even longer than it already did. Car came out great and I can't say enough about their service.
Best auto body place I've been to. The parts arrived earlier that expected and they finished the repairs and painting faster than expected and they do the best job. They even washed and vacuumed the vehicle as well as clean the tires! It was detailed!
You can't go wrong with this place. :-)
