Out of 10 roofers who I contacted, Frank was the only one who was knowledgeable enough to address all areas of concern. The newer roof guys will not touch slate, so to have someone like Frank is a relief. His pricing was very fair and he communicated the entire time. “We had finally decided that we did not want to get the clapboards replaced and repaint the house so vinyl siding was the logical choice. One thing we did not want was to have the typical vinyl sided house with white trim. EVERY vinyl sided house has white trim. BORING!! We wanted to keep the same basic color scheme so I began the chore of finding the proper contractor to do the job. I called several companies. Often you can tell by the presentation of the first meeting if they are going to do good work. This was the case with Quinn's Construction. The first contractor was like a used car salesman and was clearly over its head. While being the lowest quote, it was clear the work would be subpar. The second contractor was much better but lost out since they could not find the proper materials to do the job to my satisfaction. Quinn's Construction took ample time to listen to my wants and provided several options to accomplish the goal. They were the highest price but it was clear that you get what you pay for. The crew was professional and prompt. The work was done over the end of winter. We provided our garage to the work force to make life best for all. Some minor issues had to be dealt with but we came to a fair agreement and the work was done as desired. The attention to detail was great. From the trim around the roof line to the address number box and the doorbells, this was done properly. The bay window required some additional work but it was done well. “Well I saw Roofing King about 5-6 weeks ago put on the roof in my hometown a couple streets down. It was a decent size house and they had it wrapped up in two days. Not only did the roof Look great after they were done you couldn’t even tell someone was there. So I decided to walk to the house where the job was done. I knocked on the door and spoke to the homeowner who couldn’t stop telling me about how Roofing King did a great job. So I decided to give them a call. Jason the salesperson came out and met with me, he was right on time and presented Everything and explained everything perfectly. The office staff answered any questions I had about the scheduling.
