  A little over a year ago I recieved a job in the Boston area that required an upgrade in my wardrobe. From the first time I came into the Framingham store Louie Bro has always greeted me and become my personal fashion consultant of sorts. Louie helped me find the most affordable options to mix and match what I already had with what was in the store. Most of all Louie has really shown me that how the clothes fit is perhaps the most important part of dressing well. With that said, when I first came in last fall I purchased 8 sweaters; this summer I lost around 50 pounds and many inches from my midsection. I was so impressed by Louie because instead of pushing all new clothes on me this fall he introduced me to the tailor Abdulkader Hayani. Abdulkader was able to transform all of my XL sweaters into something that make me feel good about my new figure; for a fraction of the cost of buying new stuff! I can honestly say I consider Louie a friend, he knows my name, my style, and my fit.

  I have to say I was pleasantly impressed. Although the store was busy, the manager was able to juggle each one of us, including the phone while remaining friendly and courteous.
  
  I have never been into a JoS A Bank store before, because for the longest time I thought it was a bank. My mistake. But I thought the prices were good, as everything was 'Buy One, Get One Half Off,' which for me equated to a decent price tag. What I liked was the quality of the suits.
  
  The customer service was simply wonderful. Great suggestions were given to me, as I asked and he didn't push anything I didn't need.
  
  I am impressed and look forward to getting more items from this store.
