“Note: reservations are required, but do not let this deter you. First of all, this was the most intimate setting I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Well worth the reservations and time. Now let's get into what made this meal so memorable. The executive chef, Will, hand delivered and explained the flavors of every dish that was presented in front of us. Most memorable for me was the scallop that was perfectly balanced on a skewer above a creamy corn/potato chowder. The specialty seasoning dubbed "Willie's Season Salt" (the chef's clever spin on Lowry's Season Salt) brought me right back to the mountain city of Chefchaouen, Morocco where I had my first experience with a berber based seasoning overlooking the Spanish Casbah. All other courses were fantastic, and i would absolutely recommend this meal to any interested. I was so eager to eat the meals in front of me that I only remembered to photograph the dessert, attached you will find a chocolate mousse with fresh fruits”
