The Uxbridge HS Class of 2022 just hosted their Safe Graduation cookout at Stone Manor in Hopkinton and it was a fantastic night. Anna felt like part of the team helping us with setup and managing the event throughout the night. She was truly invested in making sure the cookout was special for the kids. “Update 5/12/19 I was extremely impressed by the way Nancy, the manager, responded to my experience. I revisited the nursery and she personally escorted me around to pick out 18 shrubs to fill my landscape. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made superb recommendations for what I was looking for. I'm changing my 2 star review to 5 stars because I truly believe they value their customers and want to help them make the right landscaping decisions. They have a great selection all nicely laid out, however the customer service I received made me feeling like my business wasn’t valued. I came to the nursery on a Wednesday around noon, so it wasn’t busy at all. I came all prepared- had my yard measured out on grid paper, pictures of each spot and a list of shrubs I was interested in purchasing. I walked around the whole place for about 1/2 hour before I asked a woman to help me lay out my yard. Mind you, I had my baby with me (I was wearing him) so it’s impossible to actually load up any plants. I asked if I can purchase today and pick up on Friday... She was nice, but she tried convincing me I should just walk around some more and just buy a few I like, lay them out in my yard and come back to buy more. Here I am, ready to buy a 15-20 flowering bushes and she tells me she needs to eat. I wasn’t even referred to someone else, which would’ve been the appropriate thing to do. I would’ve understood. I get hangrey too. Anyway, I’m deeply disappointed that I didn’t get the plants because anyone with an infant knows that you have very little time to do anything.”
