“I can tell you that not only are parents happy to bring their children here; employees are happy to work there. Being a Toddler/Preschool teacher there, I can tell you personally. The staff at Next Generation (including myself) are extremely welcoming to families and other employees! We are one big family! The managers are so wonderful and are willing to help out in any situation that you have! Whether it be big or small! They always have the families best interest in their minds (not only the families but their employees as well)! I love going to work every day to see not only my children, but my co-workers too! We have so much fun with each other throughout the day! The staff is very hard working and they are there to teach the children so they can grow and learn new things everyday. I love working there because everyone is in tune with each other and they always remain professional! Even when we’re feeling down, the employeess are there to support one another because I said before, we’re one big family and we care! We are always learning from each other and everyone has their own special way of teaching! I couldn’t be more grateful for the staff that I work with now and I couldn’t be happier to work with anyone that’s new!
