  OMG incredible customer service!!! I own a resteraunt in RI and my walk in went down on a Sunday . They were the closest place open on a Sunday but it was 11:15 and they close at 12:00. I thought I was 45 minutes away and called, the gentleman that answered the phone agreed to stay an extra 1/2 hour just so I could buy dry ice. Upon mapping it I realized I was an hour and 1/2 away. I called back to thank him and tell him that it wasn't going to work..2 minutes later he calls me with a solution....I got my ice and saved hundreds of dollars of food!!!!!! Thank u so much Lake Boon ice!!!!!!!!!

  We had a power outage at our Smokey Bones restaurant in Tyngsboro, MA on the fourth of July holiday weekend. As the Regional Facilities Manager, I called a couple of companies looking for emergency dry ice delivery and got answering machines. Bob at Lake Boone not only answered the phone, he happily delivered 500 pounds of dry ice to Smokey Bones in less than two hours. Above and beyond that, his team set the dry ice throughout three walk-in coolers and a walk-in freezer all for a reasonable price. They really saved the day for us! I wish they were a national company, but I know I can count on them for my restaurants in that area.
