When she needed to call me back with information she didn't know, she called back right away, not hours later. Then the plumbers were on time, respectful of my property, answered all my questions about the new water heater and about the install itself. Overall a very professional company. “The "gateway" system that connects all the medical dispensaries was down so no dispensaries could sell anything. I had to pay the taxes I don't usually pay and could not get the low income discount I usually get. There should be a back-up system! Thanks for the response. I know you couldn’t control the situation but had to vent so....The visits are always good and your product choice is better than most.I upgraded to 4 stars.”

“This is an absolute full service, bend over backwards company. I needed a new car and it was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving (so what just 4 days ago). I had signed with the dealer at about 2:30 and asked them to rush the info to Welch Parker, which they said they would. I had thought they did, however I received a call from a rep at Welch who was staying late (after the office had closed) waiting for the paperwork so I could pick the van up Saturday, 11/26. The dealership was slow and she was there till probably 4:30ish (2+ hours past closing). I am extremely thankful to her and want to convey that here. It was way beyond my expectations and her compensating for the dealer's short comings was truly above and beyond.”

“After driving from Canada for 7 hours we pulled into the Holiday Inn as it was first one we came across. We were greeted by a young girl who tried to check us in but the credit card system was acting out. Took a while as she had to call her support people and they manually finished the transaction for her. The young lady was very polite however there was a small language barrier.I had to ask for clarification several times. I was pleasantly surprised as the room was reasonably priced. The room itself was clean and comfortable and very quiet. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and also found the items hot and food area very clean. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend”

“Dr. Dohan treated me so well! He took care of my skin issue, And it was painfree throughout the procedure! He also showed me kindness, and respect regarding any cares or concerns I had! His opinion and knowledge we're exceptional! He even sprinkles in a bit of humor I rarely see in a doctor's visit! I stand by my 5 star rating! Wish there were more doctor's like him. His receptionist is also very helpful and accommodating with any questions or scheduleing issues!”
