“Mary at Panera in Hudson Mass was so fun on the phone for my catering order. I felt like I was talking to a good friend! I could hear her smile through the phone. It was my first time ordering a caterer there but we have been devoted panera fans for decades. She was able to navigate my budget and give me different options considering gluten free, kids menus, tipping, delivery, and what was seasonal along with considering the theme of the venue. Thank you Mary! This review is long over due but I promised to let her service and laughter over the phone with me be heard. The packaging is superb. The soups and pasta stayed warm hours after the outdoor party was over. The packaging is good quality. Everyone enjoyed their meals. “Good location. Friendly staff. Inexpensive gas. One other reviewer gave a poor review because they don't have a public restroom. It's a b.s. reason to rate an individual store badly -- they aren't franchises with individual owners. Contact corporate to complain. And make sure you also complain that they don't sell you booze, shine your shoes and wash your car for you”
