I lived in Lexington for 15 years, then moved to a Boston condo. On the strong recommendation of a friend, I ordered a number of high-end, expensive, remote-controlled, motor-driven window treatments from Vicki Blier. In more than 5 decades of dealing with various tradespeople, contractors, and vendors, my experience with Vicki Blier is among the very best. Her esthetics are marvelous and her meticulous attention to detail is excellent. She is scrupulously honest and fair, quickly responsive when issues arise, and insures that the client/customer is fully satisfied with the work/product. In my case, there were some issues that arose from the product (not the installation) that manifested themselves in multiple and unusual ways. Vicki, with installers, kept coming back to troubleshoot, adjust and eventually replace 2 culprit motors (at no additional cost). Again, wonderfully décor-matched shades, now working perfectly, at a fair price. Highest recommendation for superlative service and delightful results!
We just had blinds installed in our conference room atrium windows and they are perfect! It was a challenge to find the right type of blinds for our dated windows, Vicki was very helpful in finding the right solution and type of shades.
Vicki is meticulous in her craftsmanship and developed creative window treatments for my entire house. Twelve years later, they are still beautiful and functional. She takes the time to patiently work with you to turn your ideas into workable solutions. A real professional!
Vicki Blier's Excellent Window Treatment Service
Vicki installed Duette shades on windows and on a porch door in three of our bedrooms, on several windows in our living room, and on a large window in our TV room. She also outfitted us with two sets of drapes for our dining room and TV room. And she placed cotton curtains on windows in our master bedroom and bathroom. For each of these tasks, she worked very hard to do a great job for us, was highly responsive to any and all questions and preferences, and collaborated with us to find the most economical solutions that met our needs. We were confident at all times that she was focused on our best interests. In short, we relied on her and were never disappointed. We would certainly call on Vicki again for any future window treatment needs and recommend her service to others without hesitation.
We had a wonderful experience with Vicki when we needed new blinds for our living room. She listened to what we wanted and patiently helped us review all of our options. Installation was quick and efficient, and her prices were very fair. We are very happy with the blinds. Vicki was a pleasure to work with and always prompt and professional. We will definitely contact her again for any future window treatment needs.
