(June 19, 2021, 9:57 am)This is an excellent place for the whole family. My 6 year old daughter has special needs and Ryan is able to understand where she is and how to help her move forward. I can see her confidence building with each class. My 3 year old son has a blast at the same time. They are learning not only martial arts skills, but important life lessons and skills as well!

My 6 year old daughter, who is soevial needs, participates in the self defense, as well as the family fitness class with myself and my 16 year old daughter. Very happy I can workout with my girls while at the same time they learn patience, teamwork and healthy transitions.
