I dreaded car shopping but needed a third car for our new driver in the family. Rich made it super easy to find a quality car. Excellent, honest advice and no pressure whatsoever. We had a great experience and would not hesitate to return. If Rich doesn’t have what you’re looking for on your first visit go back the following week. It’s worth the wait if you want to be treated like a person and not a sales challenge.

I have purchased two vehicles from Rich at Advantage Auto. I don’t normally write reviews but Rich is so outstanding I really feel the need to. Buying a car can be a difficult process but Rich has made it easy breezy. He is trustworthy and gives you the honest details about the car and I promise you, he will never disappoint. Rich was great to work with. I had come across an article in Consumer Reports on how to know when to avoid a car dealership during my search for the right car. Advantage checked all the right boxes. We didn't need to travel further than our first stop to find a car that we were really happy with. They took the stress out of the process of buying a car and made it a great experience.

From 1st visit to final purchase a very nice experience. Rich & John were great to deal with. When I went to shop for an inspection sticker, they comment on what a nice, clean and mechanically sound car.
