“I cannot say enough amazing things about this center and everyone that works here. From intake, to evaluation everything was easy and stress free. All the therapists we've met with over the 8 months my son has been in speech/OT have been so incredible. It's very clear that everyone that works here loves their job and what they do, are very knowledgeable and passionate about helping kids succeed. My son was recently diagnosed with ASD and it was overwhelming to know where to start. My son's speech therapist (Jess- she's amazing!) Went above and beyond to make sure i got in touch with the right people, and we were able to have him evaluated at Boston Children's so much sooner than if we had attempted doing it on our own. They have walked us through every step of what our options are now that my son has an ASD diagnosis. I cannot tell you how much stress and worry has been lifted off my shoulders because of the amazing people that work here. I would recommend Early Intervention services with Thom Anne Sullivan Center over anywhere else. I owe them so much and cannot put into words how grateful I've been for them!”

“I have been with Dr. Nabbout since Dr. Eric Romanowsky retired and recommended him through the transition period. I already had several chronic diseases before seeing Dr Nabbout and developed more problems, he always seems me when I call or write in through the portal. His bluntness I applaud him for, cause all I want is the truth whether good or bad news. His staff is always courteous too, as many of them know me by name now and I appreciate that, he has been on top of all my hospital stays and emergency calls. People are gonna say what they want whether they hear what they want or not. I sometimes it takes time to get through by phone, but if you have the medical portal through his office and leave a message they will get right back to you, like they did me this past Monday morning, so much quicker, glad I tried it”

“This is a great barber shop! The first time I brought my son here was 3 years ago when I lived in Lowell. Although we don't live in the area anymore, we came back to Billy's a few months ago because my son wasn't comfortable in the other shops we tried. There's a cool vibe here that we haven't found in many shops. My son has sat in all of the barbers' chairs except Billy's but they all do a great job. Our 20 minute drive is always worth it & we'll keep coming back!”

They take them on wonderful trips. The building is very busy at times but their is staff always available. The building is always clean. Patients go outside.
