“Paul Adams who runs reliable air is top notch. After inquiring with six local companies to give estimates for Air Conditioning in a 10,000 sq. ft historic home, Paul was the only one who scoped the job correctly and understood our request to use the original duct work and octopus furnace. The others wanted to cut through walls and use split air systems which would ruin the historic prestige of the property. Their estimates ranged from $17k - 60k, Paul did the work for a fraction of the cost and even allowed me to purchase the equipment needed. He showed up at the scheduled date and time and expertly installed the AC equipment. He cleaned everything and tested the unit throughout the whole house with me. The system runs flawlessly and their were no hidden costs in the final bill. We recently used Paul again to install a replacement water heater. Again he called right back set up a date, was there on time and did an excellent job. Again his rate was very fair and he cleaned up everything at the job site. “The owner Tom is one of the best guys I've known for a while. He's a bit of a family friend and is always here with a smile on his face and a happy greeting. Come often enough and he'd probably call you out by name in return greetings. The prices are very fair and there's a wide selection of goodies to chose from. If you come at night for the lottery you'll be treated to some good tunes and a welcome environment with lots of friendly people.”
