“I decided to try working with Julio because I wanted to be able to easily lift my own luggage into the overhead bin on an airplane or on the train overhead racks. I've been meeting virtually with him twice a week for almost a year, and now I don't hesitate to hoist those heavy bags up there! Julio's workouts are quite manageable, not boring at all, and I actually look forward to them. Julio is extremely knowledgable about the body's mechanics, and he knows how to strengthen various muscles to alleviate old recurring injuries. I can't recommend him highly enough. I'm 63 years old, and I've been working out nearly every day for years (swimming, running, walking, rowing), but with Julio I feel fitter and stronger. Recently I picked up an umbrella stroller with my 25 lb. grandson in it and walked up two flights of stairs! All credit to Julio!”

Id number 758, lied about being a police officer to me... Still no service for the initial reason of the call, but Ill try again next time.”

“Today was my first time seeing SUM Studios. I was humbled to be the first one in the door since COVID-19. This isn't just another CRS or Studio52. The owner's ambition is as large as any other MA based musician who has ever dreamt of the "ideal" practice space. Keep an eye on what SUM Studios will be offering! From what I learned today when being shown around this is a golden egg we should cherish and celebrate. I do not want to short change what they've got in store, so, I'm leaving that remark where it is; Hourly rates are affordable and relatively easy to book. You may even be given extra time depending on the day's schedule. My first visit was great and exactly what I expected (and then some!). I very much intend on returning.????”

“Edit: Was able to work with the store manager to get a timely fix for my car. Customer service was great! After going to Good Year for the past year for oil changes due to needing certified technicians for my warranty, one of the Technician's stripped one of the lug nuts on one of my tires. I replaced my breaks with my father a month before and tightened the nuts by hand on my car myself with no issues. The manager stated the nut was over-torqued (mind you I weigh all of 135lbs) and they couldn't remove it with their electric air ratchets. The whole nut is now completely stripped and unable to be removed with conventional methods.”
