“The service man arrived exactly on time. He surveyed what needed to be done. He was dealing with iron pipes from 1926 and an old soap stone sink, which posed a big challenge. But he was up to it. He opened the access and cleaned out the pipe where the clog was. He made several intelligent recommendations on what my options were moving forward, which were greatly appreciated.
