“Been renting for about 2 years and have never had any issues. I’m actually one of the newer renters in my building. My neighbors have been here for years! Maintenance is preformed in a timely manner, turn around for communication is within Massachusetts standards, the owners are pleasant to work with, parking is easy to deal with, location is excellent for commuting into local hubs and overall I have no complaints. I would recommend renting with this company.”

“Initially I had mixed feelings about Ray back last year. Then....I noticed a couple days prior a shifter cable was frayed and about to snap. I called Ray and he said " bring it on over and we'll get you fixed up " I took the bike trail to Ray's and he took me right in and fixed the issue within minutes at a reasonable price. He was very pleasant to chat with while he worked on my bike. So ...I really caught a misread on old Ray......hes cool in my book and great job too.”
