“When I first wanted to go to his church my mother wouldn't let me go she made me go down to Grace Church in Medford Square it was a very Nice Church but it wasn't for me. finally she gave in and let me come here to church. When I came to church here Rev. John a Lindsay was the Pastor here for 6 years he baptize me on December 24th, 1972. In 1975 Rev. Terry Wright became pastor here he was only the pastor here for a year because there was people in the church who didn't like him They got him out and that wasn't right he was a great guy and he got kids Off the street into the church I felt really bad about what they did to him.”

“The church itself is pretty, and I love the grounds. They were well manicured and just all around a great place to sit and enjoy. The church is very traditional, and for those not used to it, it can feel a bit strict. That is their style, though, so just understand and respect it. They have a small parking lot, that is perfectly adequate for its purpose. I also like that the parking is not right off of the main street, so it is easier to come and go.”
