Mitchell Dotson was an amazing plumber we worked with to get a new water heater installed. He was timely, kind and thorough. Pablo came by the following week to fix our attic entrance trim as it was damaged in the installation of the water heater.

We have had great success with this company. We had Michael Norman out to do AC work too (last year) and he was top notch!

First and foremost, the technician they sent out Thomas m. Was absolutely amazing. Not only knowledgeable and fast at his trade, but was able to explain the problems I was having so I could understand them. Just to say I'm not a layman, I do build homes, but this was beyond me for sure, and Thomas took care of this problem super fast. So I just want to say to Jon Wayne a/c. Thank you for employing the best people, and thank you Thomas for being so exceptional in what you do!

All my power died in my house. I was panicking! They came out within 2hrs to diagnose problem when the soonest any other company could make it was 6 days out. I had no electric no heat no hot water NOTHING! Josh was my electrician and he was kind courteous and professional. He put all my worries at ease. Although it was the worst case scenario for repairs, he walked me through every detail and explained everything to me in terms I could understand! AND…he started repairs on Monday morning!!! My problem was detected on Saturday! I am very grateful for the professionalism and expediency of service!! I am a customer for life! Thank you Josh and Jon Wayne! If I could give 100 stars I would!

Jesse Garza was the best technician who has ever serviced my HVAC system. If I could give more than five stars I would. Professional, courteous, informative and thorough. He cleaned the air handling unit like no one ever has. Same with the condenser. This man deserves a raise and some praise. Your company is very lucky to have him. Treat him right and DON’T lose him.
