“I can't say enough good things about Ben and his crew. We had recently bought a house which needed a lot of work. We started with one contractor, but that wasn't working. Ben took over the job, and over the course of two building seasons, totally transformed the exterior of our house. (The job was stalled in the middle to deal with a zoning / design issue outside of Ben's scope of work.) He sealed up the house, installed cedar shingle siding, built two new entrances with large cedar timber and a cedar-timber storage structure. In the process, he fixed several roofing issues that were inherent in the original design of the house. The job also included the masonry of building a new porch with granite surfacing and granite block steps. The work was done in the pandemic, with all the supply-chain issues. and Ben helped us deal with those issues when they surfaced. He has a good eye, and suggested some design tweaks along the way that were a good improvement in the design. It looks great, is nice and tight---we are totally happy with the results.”

“Watertite installed a new roof on our house in Framingham 24 years ago and it is still going strong. They installed enough ice guard under the shingles that we had no problem with melt water or ice damming in the winter of 2015 when there were 3 feet of snow on the roof and 7 foot icicles on the south facing eave. If their workmanship is as good as it was 24 years ago, I highly recommend them.”

Dan & Rudy made sure we selected high quality roofing materials but worked within our budget, and Lisa guided us through the entire process, and even helped us choose colonial slate as the color for the roofing shingle - and we absolutely love the finished product and the grey tones match the siding well. The end result was a new roof, but really it gave our entire home a facelift and some much needed curb appeal! These guys are the best- we would recommend to anyone!”
