I was worried that I'd need to travel far or wait a long time to get my repair done. Ken responded right away, scheduled quickly & easily, was organized with e-paperwork, worked with me to include some uninsured damage, was hassle-free in dealing with USAA insurance, communicated well and returned it right on time. It was pristine on the outside as well as fully detailed - fully washed / waxed outside and clean as a whistle (including between the mats) on the inside. I will absolutely use Ken again!

Best place around. Great customer service. Work was done quickly and my car looks great. I got in my car and the interior was spotless. A little added benefit of going to Roche.

They did a fabulous job. The car looks like new. They also detail cleaned the interior even though the work was all exterior body work. They were very pleasant to work with and all the work was done on a very timely basis.
If I need more body work (and I hope I don’t 😀), I’ll definitely use them again. It’s a very professionally run company.

Really outstanding customer service, this was my first time ever having to make a claim or have my vehicle repaired. They made it such an easy process and really just did fantastic work, great communication throughout the entire process, and they even helped me out with an issue I was having that had nothing to do with my claim and didn’t charge me a dime, cleaned and vacuumed my entire truck before returning it to me, I just can’t recommend them enough, extremely personable and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be using them for all future issues I may have.
