Newton Police Department

We reported a scam operation happening in Newton shopping areas. The dispatcher promptly sent an officer to my home to record the details. Both the dispatcher and the officer were complete professionals, pleasant, courteous and thorough. The officer offered what limited information he could including reassurance that I was doing everything correctly. It was a confidence building experience, for which the Newton Police deserve our support and respect.

We visited the Newton Police Department to have our car seat inspected. Firstly they promptly returned the call, clearly explained the process followed and carried out the inspection in full honesty. My wife and I were extremely pleased by the service. Thank you!

I had a minor car accident today, but because it was my first accident I was very nervous and anxious and the officer that arrived was incredibly helpful. He helped me relax and walked me through the following steps. It was the best experience I've ever had with an officer!
