The kids were hesitant at first , but the owner, Jim McNally is a truly wonderful person - and quite obviously a great teacher of boxing and training. He makes it fun. ( I personally love hearing his stories about training with former World Champs ) The kids loved it and look forward to going back every week. My wife is now a regular and somehow I found myself accidentally getting in to shape, too !”
