“Lisa Smith is an amazing realtor, hard worker and very knowledgeable. She makes herself available for her clients all the time and sold our house in what we considered to be a very short time. Lisa also found a beautiful house for our son and she worked very hard on Easter Sunday to make the deal complete! I highly recommend Lisa Smith!”

“Third time’s a charm! Priscilla helped me purchase my very first home in Salem back in 2001. She worked effortlessly to help me find the perfect place. She quickly sold my parent’s home in North Reading in 2010. Now she’s helped us sell our Salem home in record time. We live in Florida and were unable to make it back to Massachusetts when our tenants moved out. Priscilla stepped in and offered to do it all: she arranged for painters, cleaners, handyman, landscapers and trash removal. In 6 days Priscilla had an open house; we received two offers over asking price in less than 24 hours. I couldn’t have done it without Priscilla and her amazing team!”

“I sold my house with John Magazzu in just a few days. My house needed a lot of "sprucing up". John handled all of the work. He found workers who came immediately and were very reasonably priced. John handled all the problems. I never had to worry about any of it. I went on vacation and when I came back the work was done and we were ready for the open house. He helped me get the best price and made the whole thing very smooth. It wasn't an easy sale. There was a lot of back and forth. I couldn't be more satisfied and grateful.”

“Lisa was excellent to work with throughout our search for our perfect home. We were very particular in our search for a certain style, location and price and she was able to get us all three. Without her experience, knowledge of the area, grasp of the current market, and availability to show us properties with short notice, we wouldn't have been able to buy our dream home. Not only did she find us our new home, she was able to sell our former home in just 3 days and above asking price! She made the process for both transactions simple and stress free. If you are looking to buy and/or sell, I recommend you call Lisa. Rick R. Tewksbury, MA”

“Mike Cronan's Steel Products is leaps and bounds beyond its competition. I have been in the steel industry for almost 25 years and have traveled an unparalleled number of miles in search of a high quality, reliable steel pipe. I have frequented hundreds of shops over the years, from John Howard's Steel Products all the way to Jim Stanford's Steel Products. I will admit, Trish Hailey's Steel Products surprised me a bit. The agglomeration was incredibly firm, and I thought that I could look passed the shoddy alloy as a result, but I realized that that would have been undermining my standards, so I drove on. I found my way to Masachussets, and after passing by several locations without even getting out of my car (Steel shops with cheap iron signs? Yea right) I stumbled into North Reading. I pulled out my smartphone and started looking for local steel shops that seemed promising, and lo and behold Mike Cronan's Steel Shop was at the top of the search. After doing some basic research, I decided it best to judge in person. Needless to say my expectations were quite low at this point, I thought I had seen the best Masachussetes had to offer. Wow was I wrong. I asked to sample a pipe of their finest steel, and they looked at me with raised eyebrows. I guess I didn't strike them as a man who knows his steel, and they wanted to direct me to some of their more basic, generic styles that you would see for common projects. I looked the associate straight in eyes and proved my expertise by explaining in great detail how annealing works. He told me to wait a moment and after a few minutes came back holding what couldn't be described by anything other than divine. When I held it in my hands, the weight to density ratio was flawless. I did the finger test, the one arm test, the neck test, and finally the spin and tin. I drove straight home, only stopping when necessary, making sure to take the pipe with me into restaurants and inns for safety. As soon as I got home I came inside and locked the door. I called my father to come over right away. My wife who was pregnant was asleep, but I knew my father would never forgive me if I didn't tell him the news right away. He agreed he had never held a Steel pipe such as this. Did the finger test, the one arm test, the neck test, and the spin and tin. He told me not to tell anyone else about this until we got enough to last us. The next day we set off, with minimal supplies, to head back to Mike's shop. We called in advance, ordering 100 pipes each spanning 18 feet long and one foot in diameter. We explicitly told him to use the same method as the one I had purchased to make each and every one of them. He was hesitant at first, but when I explained how serious my father and I were, he agreed. However, I will tell you, the story doesn't end here. What I told you was that these pipes weren't just amazing, but divine. My son was born 4 months after the pipes were purchased. We ended up storing several of them inside various rooms of the house, as we could not accommodate them on such short notice. Due to being in such close proximity of each other, they frequently banged and tingled throughout the day and night. My wife was positioned in between two pipes for the coming months leading up to labor. Apparently the pipes were giving off such a strong aura that it gave my son tremendous levels of testosterone. He had several chest hairs and a tiny mustache straight out of the womb. He could walk within 3 days, speak in 2 weeks, and was able to read and write within a month and a half. Doctors are using his blood in experiments, and believe he will be the key to curing all diseases and maybe even stop wars. Little Mike is a hero. I would definitely check them out of you are in the area.”

“Lisa Dooley was recommended to me and I would recommend her again in a second! She helped coordinate everything we needed to sell my condo and it was closed in about a month. Very attentive to detail and the competing market. Definitely did her homework and walked me through the whole process as a first-time seller. She took the time to make us feel comfortable with everything. I would work with her again for sure.”
