“Been going to this Branch in Reading Ma. Its inside the stop & shop it's a branch and a Machine. ITS clearly marked with a giant Citizens sign on the outside building wall. UNSURE THE HOURS NOW THE VIRUS IS ENDING. IF IT GOES BACK TO BEFORE THE VIRUS HOURS IT WAS OPEN AT 10AM MONDAY TO SATURDAY SUNDAYS OPENS EITHER 10AM OR NOON BUT SHORT HOURS ATM 24 HOURS UNLESS STOP & SHOP HAS TO CLOSE. NORMALY CLOSES MON.THROUGH FRIDAY AT 7PM , ATM IS KEPT UP SO RARELY A PROBLEM. ITS BEEN BETTER THEN OTHER BRANCHES LATELY WITH A BETTER MANNERED STAFF. I TRY TO GO HERE NOW EVEN THOUGH MY BRANCH IS 300 YARDS FROM MY HOME. ID RATHER DRIVE THE 5 MILES.”

The music ministry is lively, beautiful, and inspiring. The sanctuary is lovely. “** Highly Recommended ** Here is the story: My dryer was not working properly and I I was very nervous no one would be able to help me given the pandemic and so many contractors/service people are just super duper busy. I took a shot and contacted Doyon's Appliance. Get this: The staff stayed on the phone with me for 30 min to help me troubleshoot the issue. They didn't try to hurry me off the phone or anything. They answered all my questions and were patient as I juggled my 2 & 6 year olds. It was SUPER helpful and I learned what I could do to avoid the issue in the future. It was not a quick fix for a non tech like me. The rep on the phone was able to determine what the issue was and scheduled for a service tech to come out to the house. I received a call ahead of time with the window of hours he'd be arriving, his name, and the day of he called me 20 min before we was to arrive. We discussed being socially distant and protective wear. This made me feel very safe and secure. Upon arrival I walked him to the dryer and he got right to it. He was kind and solved the issue in under 30 min. He provided suggestions / maintenance options to avoid the issue for next time and made me feel pretty solid about calling Doyon's to help me.”

“The only reason this company didn't get a 5 star rating is because they have no front door. Seriously, they are in an industrial park and you have to enter through another business to get to them or go around the side and through a loading dock (danger)! However, they were very quick (1 day turn around), cheap ($2/knife to hone) and very good (like a samurai sword). I was a little leery to leave my very expensive Shun knives with them because they have mountains of restaurant knives that they work on. They must provide sharpening services for area restaurants or they may get the raw blades from the manufacturer and put an edge on them there. The guy I talked to, Brian, could see I was worried and showed me the difference between the a "sharpening" and a "honing". I opted for honing, but if you have knives that have been abused, you may want to go to the next level. Overall, although a little tricky to find, well worth the effort. 3/26/13 Update: I brought my knives in a second time and graciously, they have added an entrance on the side of the building (although it still dumps you into the workshop, not an office). This time, they sharpened my knives while I waited. The entire transaction took only 10 minutes! Their prices went up $1/knife since my last sharpening, but at $3/knife, still the best deal in town!”

“I can not say enough good things about Lifted Boutique. As soon as you walk into the salon you will notice that is is so cozy and inviting. The salon is also extremely clean. I see Kelcee and she is amazing at what she does and she is super friendly. Very easy to talk to. I drive over an hour because of the consistent and impeccable quality of her work. I recently have been going from brunette to more blonde and it has came out so good. Kelcee is very experienced with color. She does my hair perfect every time. I highly recommend Kelcee at lifted boutique for all your hair needs! Also want to note that with Covid going on that I noticed this salon follows all the protocols and keeps the salon very clean! “I went to Steve after a knee replacement. I knew it was going to be painful but Steve was great to work .I always told Steve " if you let me be lazy ,I am your guy". That was a running joke with us because he never let me be lazy. Would not look for pt anyplace but Steve Great experience . Turned out great”
