Allyson Nevard, LAc, Good Chi Acupuncture

Allyson is amazing and was able to take my pain completely away after the first treatment. I've been struggling with neck pain (three slipped disks) since 2014 and have tried everything, including acupuncture and I had a much better experience with Allyson than the other places I went to. I'm excited to ave Allyson on a regular schedule going forward

I have had shoulder arthritis for almost 2 years. Pain level was consistently around a 6. Did a cortisone shot, which helped for about 3 weeks, then chronic pain came back. I visited Good Chi about 6 weeks ago and met with Allyson. We discussed my symptoms and previous treatments and she asked me lots of questions, really taking the time to understand my situation. That day I did an acupuncture session. I did not see any pain reduction. Because of schedule conflicts, I wasn't able to get another treatment for 3 weeks. This time, Allyson placed the needles in some different locations. The next day the pain had practically disappeared. I had little to no discomfort at all. I was shocked and so happy. Today, nearly 3 weeks later, the pain is still gone. I still can't believe it. I realize results will probably vary from person to person, but I couldn't be happier with the decision to try Good Chi. I highly recommend Allyson's acupuncture treatment.

I was super nervous about trying acupuncture, but Allyson at Good Chi put me at my ease and did a superb job, and it really helped with my knee pain. Great location, too, and a classy facility, with a very relaxing ambience.

Shattered my heal 6 years ago and have been in constant daily pain as well as excruciating tennis elbow (tendonitis) for the past 18 months. Years of PT proved unsuccessful and a friend who experienced amazing results at Good Chi with her knee pain suggested I call Allyson immediately. It was a stretch for me to consider but she insisted it would help. After just four sessions with Allyson I was able to walk without pain for the first time in many years and honestly saw it as a miracle. She also relieved the elbow tendonitis in a matter of 5 sessions and am able to work out again with zero discomfort. I had even seen a surgeon prior to meeting Allyson so I was beyond relieved to call that process off.
Do you have discomfort? Do it for yourself and make an appointment. I have sent others to her as well and they too are beyond satisfied with the results. She deserves more than 5 stars for the way I feel today.

Allyson is the best! I have been to two acupuncturists before her and will only go to her moving forward! She is friendly, warm, knowledgeable and really knows what she is doing. I’ve already noticed an improvement with what she is treating me for and I look forward to my appointments - so relaxing!
