I had new tires put on at a national tire chain. Started hearing a bang out of one wheel on braking. He did the brake job 10k miles ago. He says let me take a look. Finds the problem (mistake by the tire chain and shows me why), he fixes it on the spot (20 min of his time) and then says...no charge! Who does that???? this guy ! I appreciated the honesty and could have been told they definitely needed replacement now. I will be going back here when the repair is necessary just because an honest repair place means a lot me. “This is the 2nd time I brought my car to Archstone. Clearly I was pleased with their work the first time. Someone had hit my right rear quarter panel which was hanging off. They did a great job fixing it. This time I had a front bumper issue. Again they did a great job. The kicker is that I had bought scratch remover cream to try to fix some of the small scratches on my door (which didn't work). I placed the bottle on the floor and the cover somehow came off and the cream leaked all over the carpet. I had left it to dry and planned to get it detailed but when I picked up my car today I noticed my carpets looked cleaner and when I looked at the place where the cream spilled, it was gone!!!!! What a super, pleasant surprise! I soooo recommend this shop. They are great!”
