Personally, I have been privileged to work with the owner, Brian, for quite some time. His education on health and fitness makes it easy on you, all you have to do is be a good listener. Him and his staff will not only teach you what to do, but how to do it. After two shoulder surgeries, I knew before I even did rehab that I was going back to see Brian to guide me through and get my strength back. He ALWAYS makes SAFETY his #1 PRIORITY. Not only have I suggested him to people I know, but I will continue to down the road. His passion, his dedication, and his positivity make for a very motivational experience.
