(December 6, 2018, 4:46 pm)I askem them to change a broken mirror - Vincent honored his work twice - first, he drove to NH to get the piece after delivery didn't provide the piece, and 2- when I told him it wasn't the same grey (shade was slightly different) he got a new piece and change it again for free and very quickly. Very serious and very happy with the follow-up, so despite the color mismatch at the beginning I was very happy with the service.

(October 23, 2017, 3:00 pm)Vincent (owner's son) put a lot of time and efforts into finding a slow leak in one of my tires and he didn't rip me off doing it. If he puts the same type of passion into other repairs, I'd feel confident in bringing my car back to their shop.
