  The service technician named Matthew who signed me in for my service was very pleasant. He was very helpful and knowledgeable who took a minute to answer a few questions about the technology in my equinox. I was very happy with my service and made me love my Chevy even more. Matthew's help really made my day! Thanks

  The dealership is fine for their routine job: checked our problem and discussed with us the repair plan. We declined the engine repair because it is too expensive ($6,000, half the price of the car), and the problem on engine is because of design defect not due to us. The charge for inspection is within expected range for dealers.
  
  The following complains are about GM, not for the dealership.

  I am however unsatisfied with what GM has done for the oil consumption problem for Equinox. There was a bulletin coming out in March 2016 about the oil consumption problem, but there was definitely no notice for the owners. Who will go online and google "Equinox oil consumption"?
  Should we have known the problem, we may consider other models when we purchased the car in October 2016, or at least do a oil consumption test before the 7.5 yrs special coverage expired. But it seems that GM is hiding this problem.
  There is a class action lawsuit against GM going on for the oil consumption for Equinox 2010-2017 in Florida, hopefully GM will give some solutions in the end. We will pull-off the engine repair until then.

  I knew what I was looking for prior to my visit. I had done my research. I visited other dealerships. Liberty had the car I had wanted. 2018 Acadia. I honestly dislike the games played when buying cars. I did not feel this way with Peter. After driving my car, I wanted it. I decided to buy it. I asked about the small ding in the passenger door( it was a certified used car). He said their guy would do what he can. The next day, I got a phone call. They decided to send it to an autobody shop to ensure my satisfaction. I received the car promptly and was beyond impressed that they went the extra mile. Thank you to the team at Liberty. I will be returning, as long with friends when I am looking for another car.
