After going to O Reileys first and receiving little to no help I took some advice and went to AutoZone. Alex not only helped me out with knowledge and information about my check engine light and possible parts needed he verbally explained how to refill my coolant as it was completely empty. He also gave me some business cards for a few people that may be able to assist me with removing my battery so I can get it charged. I may have been an O'Reilly client but I have definitely changed and will go to AutoZone from now on specifically this location if I know Alex is working. He was extremely helpful and provided a level of customer service how it's supposed to be.

I was broken down with a dead battery for four hours waiting on road side assistance. I finally decided the best thing to do was go to auto zone. So I ubered there and told the guys there what happened. They all offered to help me get on the road again and two of them even offered to give me a ride back to my car. I would still be sitting there if it had not been for auto zone and their amazing team members.

AutoZone on Dallas Drive is a great place for most of your automotive needs The open early and stay open late. The staff are very friendly and willing to help in any way they can! Duralast Starters and Alternators are top notch! The Duralast Batteries are solid as well! They rent tools and can order most parts not in stock and have them within days! I have been shopping this store since 1997.
