A VIP speaker made a last minute request for a Presidential Teleprompter for the biggest event of our Foundation's year- and there were none available in Maine or NH. That forced us to search for help in the Boston area. I got a recommendation to call ECS about a teleprompter rental and I am so glad I did. Eric returned my phone call within minutes AND shot me a text- which was helpful so that I could have some peace of mind quickly. He basically said- "I'm on it" and he meant it! Just days later, he made the trip to Portland, ME to set up and staff the teleprompter at our big donor and alumni event. Eric arrived on time, was fast and efficient, extremely helpful and most importantly- he didn't need me to caretake him (thank you!). He also did a great job making our speakers feel comfortable with the teleprompter. Long story short: Our event was amazing. We had over 400 people attend our event and the feedback we got was that it was the best event our organization has ever done. “I recently purchased a new shower fixture, among other things from Monique's for a bathroom renovation. My contractor had questions on the assembly of the shower value, so we went over to the showroom. Peter and one other gentleman spent time while the three of them figured out out how it all went together. It wasn't easy since the drawings were not very clear but they spent the time and were very nice about it. They have also been great about answering questions, following up on orders and dealing with the inevitable supply chain issues from COVID. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“I've used Chase & Tolan twice now and have been very pleased. The first time was for an emergency when my hot water heater burst. I called about 7:30 a.m., left a message with their answering service and very quickly got a call back. They made sure I had turned off my water and asked for information about my hot water heater. They showed up about 9:00 with a new hot water heater. As it turned out, the newer model of the same hot water heater was slightly too large for the space so another Chase & Tolan employee dropped off a comparable heater that better fit the space. They did the replacement and were done by noon. Very impressive! I called them again this week for a leaking overflow valve. I was able to make an appointment for a convenient time, they showed up right when I expected them and very quickly repaired the problem. It's quite possible the part is still under warranty so they're going to look in to it and send me a bill. I feel the service is great and their prices are very fair. I'm really pleased to have found this company.”
