  Food was good and servers were pleasant. Liked the menu variety as well. I was there with a larger networking group and the function room where we had our meeting was simple, yet very comfortable and bright. I'll definitely bring my husband back for brunch one of these weekends.

  Great breakfast menu, extensive and varied. The omelets are huge. Outstanding value. Waitstaff friendly and helpful and patient! Cook staff very personable.

  Veggies omelet was very good! Fluffy omelet stuffed with vegetables. Cup of coffee came with a pot for refills. Waitress was nice. Place was jumping but I was able to get a seat without a wait.

  Original: Paul's is a staple in Westford for breakfast. Their primary focus is omelettes, with an entire 8x11in page in their menu dedicated to them. I've had 3 different omelettes there and all were delicious. The servers are what you'd expect at a small town diner, nice and attentive. They always look busy but for whatever reason there's never a wait when I've gone. Great for groups of 4 or less. Highly recommend!
  
  Update: It has been brought to my attention that they are under new management since my original review. I have spoken with one of the new owners (Sal) and he is very nice and welcoming! I decided to try their lunch. My server Heidi was fantastic, she was quick and served with a smile! Now, this was the first time I have tried the lunch here and wow! My Rueben was massive and delicious, piled high with hot juicy corned beef and sauerkraut with a good serving of dressing. I also got an amazing order of onion rings. My experience was phenomenal!

  Absolutely love Paul's Diner. Nice local restaurant for breakfast and lunch. My husband and I tried it on a whim and am I ever glad we did! Not only is the space nicely done and the service prompt, upbeat & extremely nice...THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS! Paul's had half a page full of omelets named after the wonderful ladies that work there! (How cute????) Tina was our waitress (ask for her) she's so sweet and took the best care of us. I can only imagine that every who's employed there is like that. From the hostess go the cook, everyone treated us well. Paul's Diner is big enough to host all size parties and gatherings. Although a spot that locals know about; humbly and conveniently placed in a business strip, this place serves some of the best breakfast in Westford, Ma. I'm reliving my culinary experience as I type this review! Once again to the staff of Paul's and our awesome waitress Tina, YOU ROCK! Make your way over to Paul's Diner and grab a bite!!!

Paul's Diner located conveniently off of Rt 110 in Westford, MA. A great spot for breakfast or lunch. My personal favorite is the Nick and Katy Omelet. Home fries cooked perfectly, bacon cooked how you want it. You can't go wrong for breakfast at Paul's. Their lunch is simple and easy. Burgers, dogs, sandwiches, you name it.
