Carl makes THE best omelette (my fav: ham, cheese, spinach, & egg white). He’s a wizard. The servers are so prompt and so attentive. They remember every face. Such a fun and familiar environment.
(November 25, 2018, 9:37 am)Did a Google search to find a place for breakfast when passing though the area. So happy we found BixBite!!! It was delicious, fresh veggies in my omlet, my husband had eggs over easy, which he said were done perfectly. The oven roasted potatoes were seasoned and oh so good. The servers were great and it was very clean.
