“Jon and his crew expanded and remodeled our kitchen recently, adding over 600sqft. We could not be happier with the results. All subcontractors were excellent; excavators, foundation, framers/finish, electrical, plumbing/HVAC, wood flooring, etc. This was a challenging remodel that required a long 36' steel beam install and creative problem solving as the whole back of our home was removed. Daily on-site contractor Marc did an excellent job working through these challenges with quality results. Kitchen cabinet install was excellent, including some custom molding work on the island. Nice. Jon provided very a detailed cost proposal and was easy to work with as changes and challenges came up. Cost changes were documented and reviewed before hand so there no surprises. Overall, we were on-budget as planned. The project did take longer than expected, mostly as a result of some of the unknowns in the back wall (had to re-route plumbing/wiring etc). Is has been 6 months since completion, no issues at all, and we are still really enjoying the new space. Thanks.”
