It was great to work with Bob Gaughan. I am so happy I found him....HE may not be so happy because I'm told I can be a handful. He never let on that I was being a nudge.
Let me say that Bob is VERY patient (especially with difficult clients) VERY knowledegable and explains things well. He made the process painless compared to other experiences I have had.
Also he has a great sense of humor and a kindness about him which can't be beat.
