(February 26, 2019, 2:57 am)Great experience living here at Avalon Oaks West... I have been living here for close to seven years. The apartments are beautiful, my apartment is gorgeous to, and my one bedroom apartment looks incredible... Definitely feels like home.
The different designs of each apartments, the space's designed for each different apartment; living room, bedroom/s, with walk in closets, bathroom, and kitchen, laundry room with your own washer and dryer; porch /balcony. And if you own, love animals... Dog's and cat's, and other animals, or fish, reptile, are welcome to Avalon; pet friendly!!
And the people who work here are very nice and kind to your needs, and if anyone is looking for a great place to live, nice apartment with a great size bedroom/s, with windows and a walk in closet/s, with a very nice bathroom, that has an awesome shower, beautiful looking (decor), as you'll always create your own, tall cabinets for towels and things, underneath the sink/mirror are cabinets also. Open kitchen, walk right in, cabinets, fridge, dishwasher, sink with water and sewage; with garbage disposal; and did I mention your own washer and dryer, in all the apartments!!
Come look, and see for yourself... They're gorgeous with great offers at good prices!! Like I've said, I've been living at Avalon Oaks West for pretty much, seven years... And every time I come home; I feel at home.
A quiet place, the sound of silence, resting on my bed, watch a movie, read, write; I'm an artist also and love getting creative!! Looking at the art of where I live, the decor; my apartment, I made it my home... Make one yours; definite recommend.
(January 3, 2019, 6:42 pm)Avalon Oaks representative Debbie S. accompanied me through a toured of two units at the Avalon Oaks West apartments. She knowledgeably and patiently answered all of my questions and followed up a few days later to see if I had any more questions. These units are tucked into a nice quiet neighborhood.
(December 27, 2018, 4:49 pm)We absolutely love living here! Everyone in the office is so nice and responsive with anything we ever need. They go out of their way to make sure you have anything you need. The maintenance guys, the two Mikes and Mark are just awesome! We can’t say enough amazing things about them. They are so friendly and easy to work with. They always keep you in the loop with any work that needs to be done with your apartment. Our heat broke over Xmas and they were here on Xmas eve, Xmas and the rest of the week just to do everything they could to make sure we would get our heat back ASAP. Mike even came to check in on us on his way home to make sure we were warm enough and to see if he could get us anything. They really go above and beyond! We would HIGHLY recommend living here!!
(October 18, 2018, 3:18 pm)Great community to live in, Pets are allowed, it's clean and the apartments are quite, you don't hear hardly any noise from your neighbors. The maintenance staff always fixes things asap. Love the community we have since upgrade to a loft apt. it's beautiful.
UPDATE: Love the New Playground for the Kids. We really needed an updated one. Thanks! Love the way the hallways are looking now with the new paint and carpet. :)
