It's always a pleasure visiting Dr. Khan. I have had some pretty bad experiences with surgeries in the past for my ingrown toenail but she has made it very smooth and painless for me. She's quite accommodating with her visits and has always explained things in great, thorough details. She also went out of her way to help me with some paperwork and insurance stuff for which I greatly appreciate. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a podiatrist. Thanks!
I went to see Dr Khan for pain in my foot. She was very knowledgeable about my problem. She gave me a few options for treatment. She also gave me the option to have an insert that I would put into my shoes for less pain when walking. It was given to me at my appointment, which was great. No waiting!!!I So far, it is helping. Thank you!!
I went to Dr. Filza Khan for a numbness in my toe after a very bad experience at Winchester urgent care. She was very kind and took her time to explain me the situation of my feet. She made me custom insoles for my problem to help me walk without the pain. She gave me quick consultation, creams and agreed to look at me even though I don't live in USA. I appreciate her help to diagnose my condition.
I broke my foot in October and Dr Khan was able to see me the next morning. She reviewed my x-rays and told me it was borderline whether I required surgery or not. Her opinion was that if I wore a boot or cast for 8-10 weeks that it would heal by itself. After wearing a boot for a couple of weeks I noticed a very sharp pain in my big toe so I called Dr Khan on a Saturday and she returned my call the same day. She saw me Monday and knew right away it was gout. She treated me and I was better in no time.
A couple of weeks later. I felt a pain in my right calf and called Dr Khan on a Saturday and she got back to me in a couple of hours and scheduled an appointment for Monday. There was nothing visibly wrong with my leg but she said there was a chance I had a blood clot and scheduled me for a screening that night. Turns out I had a blood clot in my calf and was put on blood thinners right away. Some doctors overlook this potentially deadly condition, Dr Khan did not.
It has been 5 months since I broke my foot and thanks to Dr Khan I’ll be like new in a few more weeks
Dr. Khan cares about her patients and her practice. She is always willing to answer questions and spends as much time with you as you need If I ever have any other foot problems in the future I wouldn’t even think about going somewhere else
Dr. Khan's office was a pleasant surprise. Originally I selected her podiatry office for a consultation because it was conveniently located but was quickly convinced that I would trust her with performing the surgery.
The surgery I received was removal of a mucoid cyst and hammertoe correction. Her technique was minimally invasive and I was fully healed exactly when she said I would be. About a month after surgery the scar tissue was barely visible.
Before and after surgery Dr. Khan put me at ease with thorough explanation and patience in response to my many questions. Her biweekly check-ins were straightforward and professional. It's evident in her methods that she cares about both patients and the practice of podiatry.
Aside from her medical expertise and skill, the office is clean and tidy. I never had to wait to be checked in or longer than a few minutes after check in. The receptionists were knowledgeable, courteous, and always in good spirits. Bill payments were a breeze. I plan to return for any future foot problems and if you have a foot issue of your own I highly recommend consulting with Dr. Khan. I've been to a variety of podiatrists before her and you'd be surprised how some of them mess up simple procedures like an ingrown nail. Dr. Khan is meticulous with her techniques and the results not only feel improved but also look as if there was no incision.
