I've been a patient of Dr. Heller for a number of years now. He and his staff have upgraded their business to keep up with technology -- email reminders, online services, etc. -- but their commitment to quality care has stayed the same. We are never rushed, the staff is very accommodating, and most recently, Kristin outfitted me with the best glasses for my face -- saving me a ton of time and grief. (She is a whiz!)

Very pleasant experience. Easy to make appointments, appointments are on time, very knowledgable friendly staff, Dr. Heller takes his time with you answers your questions, and explains procedures being used as he examines your eyes. If new glasses are needed and they don't have on display the frames that you desire, the staff members will research the industry and find the frames that you want.
